三螺旋混成组织视阈下的科学知识生产

多价知识观的提出改变了传统的强调科学知识生产过程特定要素或某个片段的视阈,内在地要求以集成性的观点来审视科学组织。在分析知识多价性与科学知识生产场域集成性关系的基础上,阐释了大学—产业—政府三螺旋混成组织是一种科学知识生产的集成性组织。它捕捉了科学知识生产过程中包含学术、市场和政策的多元重叠关系,使科学知识生产所需的资源、组织结构及运作过程都具有集成性特征。     

调整利息税率对中国居民人均消费影响的实证分析—基于1985—2008年的经验数据

 本文通过所构建的居民消费效用函数模型，得到利息税率调整引起居民人均消费的变化量,并利用中国1985—2007年的数据估计出模型中的参数。通过实证分析发现：第一，调整利息税率对我国人均消费产生的收入效应大于替代效应；第二，调整利息税率对城镇和农村居民的人均消费影响的效应不同：提高利息税率对城镇居民人均消费产生的总效应相对较大，而降低利息税率对农村居民人均消费产生的总效应相对较大；第三，城镇居民消费时间偏好、储蓄效用因子大于农村居民的消费时间偏好和储蓄效用因子。     

论我国刑事审判监督“诉监分置模式”之构建——以“角色理论”为分析工具

由公诉人行使刑事审判监督职能的合理性以及实践中存在的"监督不到位"的问题,是我国刑事诉讼制度中备受诟病和争议的焦点。本文运用法社会学的研究路径和角色理论解读刑事审判监督对我国现代刑事诉讼制度构建的影响,提出了有利于增强监督实效的"诉监分置"模式的理论构想。     

结构、议题与变迁：中印关系进程的系统性分析

中印关系是一个不断变动和调整的进程系统。中印关系进程的方向与内容，不仅取决于该进程的结构，也受到进程议题选择和设置的制约。中印关系进程的变迁，验证了国家间关系的建构性。中印关系的未来，既在于超越单一行为体认知和实践的限制，发挥政治经济文化多维关系的协同作用，也在于进程议题的合理设置和平衡协调，在适应国际环境的同时也塑造国际环境。     

Personal Values as Mitigating Factors in the Link Between Income and Life Satisfaction: Evidence from the European Social Survey

Using data from the first two rounds of the European Social Survey, we examine the link between income, reference income and life satisfaction across Western Europe. We find that whilst there is a strong positive relationship between income and life satisfaction, reference or comparison income exerts a strong negative influence. Interestingly, our results confirm the importance of personal values and beliefs not only as predictors of subjective well-being, but also as mitigating factors in the relationship between income, reference income and life satisfaction. While our findings provide additional empirical support for the relative utility hypothesis, they are also consistent with Rojas’ (J Econ Psychol 28:1–14, 2007) Conceptual-Referent-Theory (CRT), which is based on the premise that the salience of income and comparison income depends on one’s intrinsic values and personal beliefs.

A clarifying comparison of methods for controlling the false discovery rate

Traditional multiple hypothesis testing procedures fix an error rate and determine the corresponding rejection region. In 2002 Storey proposed a fixed rejection region procedure and showed numerically that it can gain more power than the fixed error rate procedure of Benjamini and Hochberg while controlling the same false discovery rate (FDR). In this paper it is proved that when the number of alternatives is small compared to the total number of hypotheses, Storey's method can be less powerful than that of Benjamini and Hochberg. Moreover, the two procedures are compared by setting them to produce the same FDR. The difference in power between Storey's procedure and that of Benjamini and Hochberg is near zero when the distance between the null and alternative distributions is large, but Benjamini and Hochberg's procedure becomes more powerful as the distance decreases. It is shown that modifying the Benjamini and Hochberg procedure to incorporate an estimate of the proportion of true null hypotheses as proposed by Black gives a procedure with superior power.

水解玉米穗芯发酵生产SCP试验

采用CandidaboidiniiNo.2 2 0 1的诱变株Y -1 0 8,以玉米穗芯为原料 ,用其水解液发酵培养生产SCP ,试验结果表明 :在玉米穗芯水解液中添加 6%～8%的玉米浆、0 .3 %的尿素或氯化氨、初始 pH值 5.0左右、接种量 1 0 % ,于3 0℃培养 72h的干菌体产量高达 3 0 g/L左右
